Leadership Team
Suleman Rafiq
Suleman founded Roscap and built it from the ground up, shaping it into a trusted partner for property investors and developers.
Clemente M. Apollonj-Ghetti
After roles at leading City financial institutions, Clemente built a strong track record in real estate development. In 2025, he acquired 50% of the firm and became Roscap’s Co-CEO.
Mowgli Frere
Mowgli was born in the snowy French alps. He graduated from Skema business school in Lille in 1995. He has since lived and worked in very diverse industries in London, Paris, Los Angeles and Lisbon. He founded one of the first real estate crowdfunding platforms in France, raising more than €50m before he sold it in 2023. He is now the Head of Western Europe for Roscap, sourcing Real Estate opportunities seeking development or bridge finance.
Yusuf Rafiq
Yusuf is an Origination Analyst at Roscap, where he supports the sourcing, assessment, and structuring of new opportunities. He began working in the real estate and finance space from a young age, learning the business hands-on rather than through a traditional route. His role demands strong attention to detail, the ability to analyse transactions, and a focus on establishing meaningful client relationships. Outside of work, Yusuf is involved in community projects and leadership roles.
